Our system also lets local council and utility suppliers know that the tenants are moving out, setting up the void account in the landlord’s name or the letting agent if you so choose. This service minimises the risk of stray and often large bills which can cause the landlord, tenant and letting unnecessary stress.
SULU offers a useful commission display showing you your earnings from tenants using the Tenant Shop comparison service.
You can see real-time sales as they happen, showing you the package and supplier they have chosen, your commission amount pending and more importantly, the commission that is ready for payment.
You have the option to raise a query about any of your properties on SULU. This is if any problems arise in relation to stray bills from the local council or utility suppliers.
Although you may have submitted the correct information and at the right time, sometimes we are let down by the suppliers themselves entering incorrect details. We know these things can happen from time to time but we are always on hand to help. Simply raise the query, scan and email any relevant paperwork to your dedicated account manager and Tenant Shop who will happily help you resolve the issue.
Your account manager is also on hand if you or any of your staff require additional or new starter training.
SULU is fully integrated with many of the top property software providers making the transaction of important data secure and seamless. SULU also has its own support team on standby if further development or assistance is required.
